Our Services to property owners and operators

Ibiza Luxury Villas is a specialist travel agency and we like to keep things simple.

We aim to find holidaymakers by advertising your property in the way that suits you, while you let us take care of everything else. We act as a booking agent, taking instructions from holidaymakers to pass on bookings and reservations through our website and by phone from our office.

We deal with the holidaymaker’s initial enquiry, advising the holidaymaker and generally helping the process leading to holidaymakers' decisions to secure a booking. 

The Company websites advertise properties listed by owners, tenants, tour operators and holiday letting agencies. We do not charge any registration or marketing fees.

FREE LISTING

You can list your property on our website for free and at anytime you like and remove your property at any time.

We usually charge 10% commission plus UK VAT (at the prevailing rate) on any booking we secure for your property and pass the rest of the payment on to you. We prefer that when you make us an offer for any enquiry, you include commission in the price and that the price is the same as the property is offered to the public anywhere else online or offline. We understand that this is not always possible.

Once a client books, we will collect the deposit and balance for you. You will receive the deposit in full and the balance less commission withiin 5 business days of our receipt.

NEXT STEP

The first step you will need to take is to register as an "Advertiser" on this website. Once you register, you will be able to add one or more properties individually.

When you register as an Advertiser and submit your property you explicitly agree that should we pass an introduction to you which results in a booking of your property, you agree to authorise the Company to collect the agreed commission for each booking from the balance the client pays in consideration of our work.

Although we reserve editorial control over any content uploaded to the website and will ensure that content is appropriately displayed you are legally responsible for representing your property accurately and fairly. If there is any dispute relating to representation you agree to indemnify Ibiza Luxury Villas for any mistakes, misdescriptions or ommissions that might be claimed by clients including any legal costs for any court action.

You can make as many changes as you like free of chargeWe do not accept liability if information entered into your property pages is inaccurate.

By registering and advertising your property you are confirming that you have read, understood and accepted our Terms and Conditions. You also give the Company permission to use your content and images to advertise your property and you warrant that you have the right to use and display all content.

Completion of the registration process will be deemed as your explicit agreement to our terms and conditions.
